We make delicious bakes in small batches with very fine ingredients. We are a registered charity working with adults with learning disability/ autism / Downs Syndrome. Available for local delivery as well as at cafe outlets, markets and fairs in West Sussex.

🎬🏆 WHAT AN ACHIEVEMENT! 🏆🎬

Huge congratulations to Peter and Jenny from our wonderful Wednesday JubyLee Bakes team, who feature prominently in Prior's Court's incredibly moving film The Long Road – Stories of Love and Hope, made by Submotion.

And what a journey this film is having! 🌟

The Long Road has now scooped an amazing TWO Smiley Charity Film Awards 🏆🏆 — and, hot on their heels, a Royal Television Society East Award! 🎉📺

We couldn’t be prouder to see Peter and Jenny playing their part in a film which shares such powerful stories of love, and hope despite the pain and challenges often facing severely autistic young people and their families.

Congratulations to Peter, Jenny, and everyone at Prior’s Court, Submotion and the whole team behind The Long Road. What wonderful recognition for a very special film. And well done Jeremy and Wednesday team for playing their part highlighting the pride and hope which working at JubyLee Bakes brings! ❤️

For the past 10 years, JubyLee Bakes has been powered by the kindness, generosity and incredible talents of our volunteers. ❤️

This week, our Wednesday Team surprised Bob Holt with a Consultant Chef hat as a belated 70th birthday present! 👨‍🍳🎉

Bob joined us as an ex- professional chef with no previous experience of supporting people with additional needs. Wanting to do the very best he could, he even completed an online autism course in his own time. His skill, patience and encouragement have made a huge difference, and our Wednesday Team simply wouldn’t be the same without him.

Thank you, Bob, and thank you to every one of our amazing volunteers. You each bring your own unique life experiences, skills, and gifts, and together you’ve helped make JubyLee Bakes what it is today. We simply couldn’t do it without you all! 💙

A HUGE thank you to Waitrose & Partners for their incredibly generous £1,000 Community Matters donation to JubyLee Bakes💚💛

We are absolutely delighted to have been chosen as one of the beneficiaries of the Waitrose Community Token Scheme. Every green token dropped into the JubyLee Bakes box has helped make a real difference, and we are so grateful to everyone who supported us.

A special thank you goes to Vicky Ravaudet from Waitrose for taking the time to visit our kitchen to present the cheque in person. Our bakers loved showing Vicky around, sharing what they do, and—of course—encouraging her to sample a selection of their favourite bakes! 🍰🧁🍋

It was a wonderful hour this afternoon filled with smiles, laughter and plenty of cake. We think it’s fair to say that Vicky enjoyed the tasting just as much as our bakers enjoyed welcoming her!

Your generosity will help us continue creating meaningful opportunities for adults with learning disabilities to develop confidence, learn new skills, and share their amazing talents with the wider community.

☀️ What a glorious summer’s day for Pulborough Village Market☀️

With blue skies, beautiful Sussex views and a table full of our Great Taste Award-winning bakes, it was the perfect day to be meeting our wonderful customers both old and new!

The real star of the day, though, was Sophie! 💛 Her winning smile, warm welcome and fantastic customer service made everyone’s visit to the JubyLee Bakes stall that little bit brighter. Whether she was greeting customers, chatting with familiar faces or helping people choose their favourite treats, Sophie showed exactly what JubyLee Bakes is all about – confidence, kindness and celebrating ability.

We’re so proud of the way our bakers grow in skills, independence and self-belief through serving the public. Every conversation, every sale and every smile helps to build confidence that lasts far beyond all our sales events.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to greet us, enjoy our bakes and praise our amazing team. Your support helps us continue creating meaningful opportunities for adults with learning disabilities to shine.

🌈🧁 We’re so excited to be part of Disability Pride Crawley tomorrow!! 🧁🌈

JubyLee Bakes is delighted to be joining the celebrations as Mybiglifeadventure marks its 1st Anniversary! 🎉 and hosts Crawley's first Disability Pride event.

We’ll be bringing a delicious selection of our handcrafted favourites, including:

🍰 Rhubarb & Rum Cake

🥕 Carrot Cake
🫚 Ginger Cake
🍫 Lots and lots of our famous brownies
🍋 Lemon Drizzle Cake

🌸🌿 What a wonderful day at the Thakeham Flower Festival on Sunday! 🌿🌸

JubyLee Bakes was delighted to be part of this truly joyful community event based around St Mary’s Church, Thakeham. From the stunning flower displays inside the beautiful historic church to the breathtaking open gardens throughout the village, there was so much to enjoy!

Everyone seemed to love our rhubarb and rum cake as well as our Guinness cake, raspberry and white chocolate flapjack and the Great Taste Awards winning favourites!

It was a fantastic opportunity to enjoy beautiful gardens, support local crafts and spend time with neighbours and friends in one of Sussex’s loveliest and friendliest villages! Thank you Thakeham! Thank you Sullington & Thakeham with Warminghurst Parishes!

🌸 JubyLee Bakes is back at the St Mary’s Thakeham Flower & Craft Festival this weekend! 🌸 ( look out for our gazebo on Sunday! )

We’re so looking forward to another wonderful Sunday at one of our favourite local events, and we’d love to see you there!

We’ll be bringing all your favourite JubyLee Bakes treats, including our brand new Homegrown Rhubarb & Posh Rum Cake 🍰 – made with rhubarb lovingly grown by our Wednesday team at their allotment and generously laced with single island rum! It’s already proving to be a firm favourite!

Alongside that, you’ll find all the usual JubyLee goodies,homemade lemonade, and plenty of smiles from the JubyLee team. Why not pick up one of our super jolly high quality tea towels with art created by every single one of our bakers!

The festival promises beautiful flower displays, craft stalls, refreshments, music, children’s activities, spectacular open gardens and so much more – indeed something for all the family!

What a wonderful day of baking, teamwork and friendship! 🧁🥕💛

There is something truly special about people from different backgrounds and experiences coming together with a shared purpose. This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming two enthusiastic mainstream college students into the JubyLee Bakes Kitchen, where they spent the morning baking alongside JubyLee baker Simon and the team.

From decorating carrot cakes to preparing delicious raspberry and white chocolate muffins, everyone worked shoulder to shoulder, sharing skills, encouraging one another and enjoying plenty of laughter along the way. Afterwards, the team took great pride in sharing the bakes they had created with other students back at college.

At JubyLee Bakes, we believe that inclusion isn’t about doing something different – it’s about doing everyday things together. When people work alongside one another as equals, friendships grow, confidence flourishes and barriers quietly disappear.

The most powerful way to challenge assumptions about learning disability is not through words, but through shared experiences. Baking together, working together and celebrating one another’s strengths helps to normalise diversity and reminds us that every person has talents to contribute and gifts to share.

Thank you to everyone including all the teaching staff who helped make the day such a success. It was another wonderful reminder that when we create opportunities to work together, everyone benefits.

🎉🧁 Celebrating 10 Years of Refugees Welcome - Crawley🧁🎉

What a privilege for JubyLee Bakes to help celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Refugees Welcome Crawley with these special cupcakes! 💙

For a decade, Refugees Welcome Crawley has been providing friendship, practical support, advocacy and hope to refugees and asylum seekers rebuilding their lives in our community. Their work has touched countless lives and helped make Crawley a more welcoming and compassionate place for all.

We are delighted to mark this milestone with a batch of anniversary cupcakes in Refugees Welcome Crawley’s signature blue, lovingly prepared by our Monday team. A special well done to JubyLee baker Simon, who proudly presented the finished cakes fresh from our kitchen ready for the AGM and celebration this evening. 👨‍🍳✨

Congratulations to everyone involved with Refugees Welcome Crawley on reaching this fantastic landmark. Here’s to celebrating ten years of kindness, inclusion, community and learning from one another, and to many more years ahead.
