90 blissful minutes
90 blissful minutes of no one asking you where things are, 90 minutes of nothing to remember, 90 minutes of nothing to do and 90 minutes of no-one else to look after (except yourself).

If you've been before, you'll know; it's a good 90 minutes.

What to bring?

Nothing.

I bring everything, so you just put your comfiest clothes on and turn up.

What can I expect?
A warm welcome, a calm space and time to settle.

I'll explain a little about what to expect before inviting you to lie down, get comfortable and relax.

You can close your eyes, drift off to sleep or simply enjoy the peace as I play my lovely crystal singing bowls and bring Reiki energy into the room.

After the last note plays out, there's plently of time and space for everyone to gently and slowly come back around. We're not here to rush.

While you ground yourself and enjoy some of the loveliest dark chocolate I could find (I take my chocolate responsibilities very seriously), I'll share a little about the bowls, their connection to the energy centres and how you might make sense of your own experience.

Before we say goodbye, you're invited to choose a beautiful oracle card, each with its own message and meaning. A little something extra to take away with you.

During this Reiki-infused Sound Bath, you’ll get cosy and relax while you're immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls.
We’ll finish slowly, with time to ground, enjoy a little treat and choose an oracle card if you’d like to.
