My heart is so full right now. Today we spent the day at the most beautiful event hosted by .and.regulate in aid of raising funds for Derian House Childen’s hospice. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to every person that stopped by to purchase products or just to have a chat. A huge thank you to those that offered opportunities to collaborate, I’m eternally grateful. In a world thats full of so much uncertainty right now, today highlighted how much love and kindness is still around 🌿💚🌱

Sometimes balancing a small business whilst battling autoimmune illness can be a real challenge. Some days the battle feels too hard, the energies are low and you wonder is it all worth it. Then you shake the demons off, the light returns and you remember your strength that has got you through far worse….. and then suddenly the clouds disappear and once more you’re surrounded with the beautiful aromas that are yet again doing their amazing work…. Grounding you, encouraging you to pause , refocus, slow down….. as all will be ok once more!

Sometimes we need to “pause’, to reset, to recharge & rebalance. We spend our whole lives chasing things but never really stop and truly reflect on the beauty within that we already have. The world is so fast paced right now, every path we take feels like a competition to succeed, to do better, to be accepted. But the reality is having the ability to place our feet on the ground and feel it beneath us, to place our hand on our heart each morning and feel each beat with every breath we take, is living proof that we already have everything we truly need, we just don’t appreciate it due to environmental circumstances and the stuff we just call…. “Life!”.

But life can change quickly, , in one breath your whole world can change, so at Souls in Balance we work hard to ensure our products encourage you to ‘pause’, to ‘stop’ and find yourself once more. How I’m spending my Friday afternoon…… the down side of running a small business is you have to do everything yourself!

It’s a strict legal requirement in the UK that all cosmetic products need to be registered on the UK Cosmetic Portal before they can be legally sold. Failing to notify the OPSS before placing a cosmetic on the market is illegal and comes with a hefty punishment. At Souls in Balance we ensure all our products are safety tested and registered to ensure we’re totally compliant with UK cosmetic law.
Shout out to all small business owners that spend endless hours behind the scenes of making beautiful products to ensure the safety of others 🌿💚🌱
