Sessions on Tuesdays & Fridays, £8.50 per session or £12 all day. Join our community! It's your choice is an adult's activity service for people who have physical and/or learning disabilities. We help you to develop life skills, participate in fun activities and meet new friends. We want to support you to achieve the things you want out of life through choice, support, and opportunity.

At It's Your Choice Activities, we see every week how coming together, trying new things and building friendships can have a positive impact on confidence, wellbeing and everyday life.

We've put together a new blog exploring the 7 key reasons why group activities make such a difference.

From reducing isolation and improving communication skills to encouraging independence and creating a genuine sense of belonging, there's so much more to activities than simply filling time.

📢 June's Programme Has Been Updated!

We've made a few updates to our June activity programme and there's now even more to look forward to at It's Your Choice Activities.

From music bingo, quizzes and team games to boxing, curling, football, fitness classes and even a live singer, we've packed the month full of fun, inclusive activities for everyone to enjoy.

As always, every session also includes:
- A food activity
- A craft activity
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise
- A welcoming and supportive environment

Sessions take place every Tuesday and Friday from 10am until 2pm, and we'd love to see you there.
