Who’s ready to dig out their slow cooker now Autumn has arrived?

I’ve just prepped my steak, squash and mustard stew from Slimming World Kichen and popped it all in the slow cooker. It already smells delish 🫠

Look at the lovely ingredients - and how gorgeous are the little passata and Worcestershire Sauce pots 😍

‘My Slimming World group helped me believe in myself again 😍’.

Ally joined Slimming World after a heart-to-heart with her daughter left her worried for her long-term health. She’d struggled with her weight for a while but was now determined to be around for her kids for as long as possible 🤗.

Now 7st (44.5kg) lighter, Ally is bubbly, bright and bouncing around in her favourite pair of dancing shoes. Tap here to read her story:
