Hello everyone, I’m Tracey, a doula who provides compassionate, non-judgemental support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. My role is to help women and families understand how to nurture their empowerment by offering emotional, practical, and informational support, supporting them make informed choices and feel confident in their decisions into parenthood.
As an advocate, I help parents understand their options, communicate their wishes, and access the support they need. I also signpost families to local services and organisations that can provide additional help, ensuring they are connected to the right resources during pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
My aim is to ensure every family feels heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.
