That means Redcar clinic is closed this week, but don’t worry… Guisborough is OPEN as usual! 👣✨

We’re just tag-teaming the annual leave at BiPed! 😂 One Vicky returns, Andy escapes… it’s a carefully choreographed operation! 🤣

🦶✨ VERUCA SEASON IS DEFINITELY HERE! ✨🦶

We’ve seen SO many verrucas coming through our clinics over the past few weeks… so we thought it was time for a little VERUCA FACT FILE! 👀

🤔 Did you know…?

🦠 Verrucas are caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV) and can be picked up through tiny breaks in the skin.

🏊‍♀️ They’re often associated with swimming pools, changing rooms and communal showers — warm, damp environments are perfect places for the virus to spread.

🩴 Wearing flip-flops around communal areas can help reduce your risk.

🔍 Not every hard patch on your foot is a verruca! Corns, calluses and verrucas can look surprisingly similar — which is why getting it properly assessed is important.

😩 And yes… verrucas can be stubborn little things! Some disappear on their own, while others need treatment.

Our Guisborough clinic is taking a little annual-leave break this week while Vicky puts her feet up! 😎☀️

That means the clinic will be closed this week and will reopen on Wednesday 2nd September. 💙

But don’t worry… Andy is still hard at work at our Redcar clinic! 🦶💪
