My client Adam putting in the work this afternoon in his PT session!

He’s made such amazing progress in such a short time. Not only has he lost bodyfat and LBs on the scales, he’s increased muscle mass and strength.

His new PB sled push is 240kg (529lbs) he’s gone from pushing 120kg two months ago to this accomplishment 🫡 (sled weighs 40kg btw)

Well done mate, you put your heart and soul into the sessions and the diet etc outside of the gym. Be very proud of your self!

It was a great class tonight starting off with lower body circuits and smashing some shoulders after a big chest workout 🤙🏼 it’s amazing to see all of you commit to the classes and progress each week. Seeing your body changing shape, your fitness levels rising and your strength increasing brings me great joy and really reminds me of how much I love this job!

I want to point out one of the members who does my class wanted to get into abit of calisthenics so during our upper body sessions I’ve been adapting her part of the session to suit her goals and she’s now absolutely smashing the transition to an L sit…she couldn’t do this a few weeks back.

Point is….if you have a specific goal in mind I’m completely open to adapting the session within reason to help you achieve that! 🔥

You all worked really hard tonight and enjoy that burn in the morning lol 🤣🫡
