With 20 years in the health and wellbeing industry, I bring a wealth of expertise & authenticity to every event I host. My journey has been shaped by working globally & on luxury cruise ships for 10 years, and the past 8 years leading wellness teams as Group Spa Director at Champneys Health Spas, Managing a spa team of over 350 people across 4 wellnes

s resorts, 2 hotels, 1 beauty college, as well as running the Champneys at sea division. My absolute passion is holistic wellbeing,

Medicine Festival 💗🌿✨

What a beautiful week MEDICINE
A conscious, sober festival of 10'000 coming together, filled with beautiful music, connection, ceremony, nature and so many little moments of magic.

This may sound weird, but my favourite part of the festival was having absolutley signal.. so wifi, no internet which forces you to be fully present, which is the best gift ever, and having time away from your phone helps you to connect back inwards and start to explore your own conciousness.

I feel so at home in these type of spaces and has left me feeling very full-hearted grateful, and appriciate the introspective time. 💗

So happy I got to attend this year before our big move.
