Hi, for those that don't know me , my name is Karen Thursfield, founder of Seishin ryoku Acupuncture and Reiki.
I am passionate about harnessing the powers of Acupuncture and Reiki to promote healing and wellbeing.
With over 35yrs of experience working within the NHS, I understand the immense stress, burnout and health issues involved. I have dedicated my career to helping others recover and thrive.
This journey has lead me to explore alternative therapies, that address both physical and emotional concerns.
This multifaceted therapy is delivered in a calm and relaxing enviroment, enabling clients to restore balance in their lives.

As someone who has worked in the NHS for over 35yrs , I know how stressful this environment can be.
Resulting in high levels of anxiety, sometimes even burnout.
Mental health issues are on the rise.
