Introducing Rockstar Ros 💥
Ros is one of my golf friends. She’s been attending my mat classes for about a year, and has been coming to me for tower/ reformer 1:1’s at home over the past few months.
I’m in awe of what she can achieve, and the progress she has made.
Here she is, rewriting what 70+ looks like 💪🏻
