It’s an incredibly potent day if you wish to connect with the higher realms… you’ll find you may have more of a bridge in. 🌈

The upcoming summer solstice in the Northern Hemisphere occurs on Sunday, June 21, 2026 @ 09:24 BST, marking the longest day + shortest night of the year. 🌞

It’s is an invitation to pause + witness your own becoming. To honour the seeds you planted in the darkness, the lessons you’ve gathered along the way + the light that now shines more brightly because of them. 🙏✨

Have you ever read the book ‘The Four Agreements’ by Don Miguel Ruiz? 📕

One of ‘The Four Agreements’ is ‘be impeccable with your word’. Meaning how I speak to myself is just as important as how I speak to others.🧍🏻‍♀️

Every time I tell myself to tone it down, I might be too much for them, stay quiet it’s easier for people, don’t take up too much space, they might feel like they need to ‘shine bright to be comfortable’… I realise I’m using my word against my own light. ✨🌈

🪫 My old patterning: taking over responsibility for other peoples reactions.
🔋 My embodied understanding: reactions are shaped by their own stories, limits, fears, wisdom, experiences.

🌸❤️‍🔥 BELTANE ❤️‍🔥🌸

Beltane is the ancient Gaelic festival of “Bright Fire”, one of the most sacred dates in the Celtic calendar, marking the official arrival of summer.

Glastonbury honours the old ways: the May Pole is erected, a sacred union (hand fasting) is blessed - a real couple are chosen to be the May King + Queen! A hole is dug “in ceremony”, representing the Womb of Mother Earth. 🕳️

The preparation of the space is traditionally the work of Women, honouring the Divine Feminine wisdom that gives + sustains life. Each step of the celebration is steeped in tradition + meaning. 🌹

We celebrate:

🔥 PURIFICATION 🔥
Fire is sacred. All hearth fires would be put out + a single “need fire” would be lit from scratch. People would walk between flames to cleanse negativity + be blessed with protection for the months ahead.

🌸 FERTILITY 🌸
The earth waking up, crops growing + the abundance of nature. It is a time to pray for a healthy harvest + thriving community.

🤝 SACRED UNION 🤝
The marriage between the divine masculine + divine feminine. The Sun God (Masculine) with the Earth Goddess (Feminine). We honour this union that brings balance, life + harmony to the world.

I’ve had so many magical experiences with the fae.

A few years back, I lost my wedding rings for nearly two weeks. I asked ‘out loud’ for help to find them. The following day I went to straighten my hair and found my rings in a little pile next to my straighteners - which I use practically everyday. The fae have a beautiful way of bringing lost things back to you! Although, I think they tend to take the things in the first place too! 😆🧚🏻

I truly believe this + that you can’t miss an opportunity meant for you! 🙌

People on your frequency (wave length) appear at exactly the right time, always without exception. 📡

Have you ever noticed when you’ve been through a big energetic shift, healed a bunch of trauma, gained new clarity or perspectives on things… someone new tends to walk into your life? Maybe it’s a new friend, or a colleague, someone part of a group you’re in… perhaps it’s a new cashier at the local shops, who readily offers you a smile on those days that need brightening! 🌞

Pay attention to when this happens next. They are a blessing meant for you. 👯‍♀️

If you’re struggling with connections, try calling them in yourself! You have that power! 🌠

Hi loves 🦅

I love working with birds. There are English Robins in my garden + every time we connect I feel my whole stomach concave, with vast amounts of healing flooding through my system (from them)! They resonate at the most divinely loving frequency. Part of me thinks this is why they’re so associated with grief, they’re actually resonant to restore your heart-space from it! ❤️

“Robins appear when loved ones are near…”

That makes sense, right?!

Birds are one of my favourite animals in the world. I have a tattoo of a swallow on my left arm. They are divine messengers, all you have to do is pay attention to them. 🐦‍⬛

Never forget your magic or your kindness. ✨

One is your power + the other is your presence.

Wholeness is one of my superpowers. After loosing so much of myself through cancer, my spirit scattered. It took years to fully embody again - to feel safe enough to do so. I still like to ‘float off’, but there is nothing more grounded + powerful than the feeling of being fully present. Fully whole.

You don’t have to choose between being strong or soft, radiant or grounded.

The real alchemy? 👉 Embodying the truth that you hold both.

The world will try to pull you to one side.

Stay whole. ☯️
