💡Most people think elite performance is only about training harder.
In reality, a huge amount of work happens away from competition:
* recovery
* movement quality
* load management
* sleep
* tissue capacity
* consistency
One of the interesting things when working in high-performance environments is that the same principles often apply to everyday people as well.
Whether you are:
* sitting at a desk all day
* training for an event
* playing golf
* going to the gym
* or trying to stay active without recurring pain
The body usually responds better to:
✔ gradual loading
✔ movement variability
✔ recovery
✔ good habits
✔ consistency over intensity
A lot of persistent pain problems are not simply about “damage.”
➡️ They are often about capacity, recovery and adaptation.
