Such a lovely morning of yoga at Sweaty Betty Ringwood🧘‍♀️✨
It was a real pleasure to teach this class and see such a lovely mix of people on the mat — including a couple of familiar faces from classes I’ve taught before💕
It’s great that Sweaty Betty offer these free classes and give people the chance to try something new.

What a beautiful afternoon for our Autumn Glow yoga & flower event today. 💕
We started with some gentle yoga surrounded by the beautiful flowers at White Park Flowers and the gorgeous sunshine, taking a little time to slow down, breathe and enjoy the changing season.
After yoga, there was time for tea, coffee and homemade cakes before heading out into the flower fields to pick our own beautiful bunches to take home. 🌼
A lovely afternoon of yoga, flowers, cake and good company — with a little bit of autumn magic thrown in. 🍂
Thank you to everyone who came and made it such a lovely afternoon, and to Marianne for the delicious drinks and cakes and Sarah at White Park Flowers for the beautiful flowers and gorgeous setting. ❤️

🍂 Happy Autumn Equinox 🍂
Today marks the Autumn Equinox – the point where day and night are almost equal, and we officially begin the transition into autumn.
In yoga, I often talk about finding balance – between effort and ease, movement and stillness, giving and receiving.
And I think the changing seasons are a lovely reminder to do just that.
As summer fades, perhaps we can slow down a little, take a breath, notice what we have, and make space for what the new season brings. 🍁
That’s something I’ll be exploring in my yoga classes over the coming weeks – moving with the season, nourishing body and mind, and finding a little more stillness amongst the busyness of everyday life.
And what better way to welcome autumn than by spending an afternoon surrounded by flowers? 🌸
This Saturday I’ll be at White Park Flowers for my Autumn Glow afternoon – yoga, seasonal flower picking, homemade drinks and tasty treats. A chance to pause, breathe and enjoy the beauty of the changing season.

Next Saturday I'll be heading to White Park Flowers for an afternoon of yoga, seasonal flower picking and delicious homemade treats with Marianne and Sarah.
A chance to step away from the everyday for a couple of hours, stretch, breathe, relax and then wander amongst the flowers choosing your own blooms to take home. 🧘

Think gentle yoga, fresh air, beautiful flowers, delicious drinks and snacks and time to slow down with a little bit of autumnal loveliness. 🍁
There are currently just a few places available for Saturday 26 September, 2pm–4.30pm.
And if the weather decides not to play ball, we have the lovely barn to retreat into.

✨ ONE YEAR TO GO ✨🇹🇷
This time next year, we’ll be heading off to beautiful Göcek in Turkey for my Aegean Escape Yoga Retreat… and I honestly can’t quite believe how quickly it’s coming around.
Even more excitingly, there is just ONE place left. 🥰
I feel so grateful and, if I’m honest, a little overwhelmed by the response.

I knew I loved the idea of this retreat, but seeing it fill up so quickly, a whole year before we go, has been amazing. ❤️
I’m already imagining a week of sunshine, beautiful surroundings, daily yoga, delicious food, time to relax, a little adventure and, most importantly, lots of laughter and connection.
I genuinely cannot wait to share this experience with this lovely group. It’s going to be very special. ✨

🍂 Ready to get back on the mat? Or Perhaps try yoga for the first time? 🧘‍♀️

There’s something lovely about September and the feeling of getting back into a routine after the summer.

Maybe you’ve had a busy few months and could do with some time to slow down. Maybe your body is asking for a little more movement. Or perhaps you’ve been thinking about trying yoga for the first time.

My new term starts Monday 7th September and I still have a few spaces available in some of my classes.

✨ Suitable for all ages and abilities
✨ A friendly, relaxed atmosphere
✨ Time to move, breathe and unwind
