Still struggling to put this into words 🏆✨

Receiving MUA of the Year 2026 Bronze feels like such a surreal way to close Semester 1 of Level 5. "They look like peices of art!" - Girl Meets Brush 2026

This award genuinely marks a huge personal milestone in my journey so far.

What makes this even more ironic is that the winning work featured two wig/postiche pieces — something that was absolutely my nemesis in Level 4 😂 A reminder that the things you find the hardest often become the biggest proof of your growth.

I’m incredibly grateful to my tutors, my course, and for the support, encouragement, and push to keep developing my skills within Film & TV makeup.

This has given me so much motivation moving forward, and I know this is only the beginning.

We are absolutely delighted to welcome Dr Martha (.martha_elhabashy to the Jennifer Holmes Hair & Beauty Collective.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience in aesthetics, dermatology, and advanced clinical treatments, Dr Martha is a wonderful addition to our growing collective. From the moment we met, it was clear that her expertise, values, and approach aligned perfectly with everything we stand for.

Dr Martha will be sharing a treatment room with myself, as there is a natural crossover in some of our treatments. She will also be offering both daytime and later evening appointments, giving our clients even greater flexibility. We are incredibly excited about the opportunities she brings and what this means for the future of the salon.
