BANK HOLIDAY CLOSURE
The surgery will close at 6.30pm tomorrow Friday 22nd May 2026 and will be CLOSED on Monday 25th May 2026 for Spring Bank Holiday
We will re-open at 7.30am (8am for phones) on Tuesday 26th May
In case of an emergency please ring 111 for the NHS out of hours service

Appointment Booking

From tomorrow, Wednesday 15th April, Stonefield Surgery is introducing a care navigation tool to help direct you to the most appropriate healthcare professional for your needs. This ensures you receive timely, clinically appropriate care.

This will take place when you ring to book a GP appointment. It is a structured, GP-designed triage for the reception team to use. The PPG (Patient Participation Group) have been in to see it work.

If you have a non-urgent query or need a Fit note you can do this via Patchs, there is a link on our website.

EASTER BANK HOLIDAY.

The surgery will be closed for the Easter Bank Holiday

We will close at 6.30pm this Thursday 2nd April and reopen at 7.30 am on Tuesday 7th April

If you take regular medication 💊 please make sure you have sufficient for the extended weekend closure
