π€πŒπ„ππ“πˆ - MOVEMEANT & THEATRE keeping it real in the most incredible 3 hour workshop on the last day of MEDICINE.

Inviting us to start the integration process through movement was such a gift.

What an absolute honour and blessing to be in your workshops, performance and Gil's talk this weekend πŸ™πŸ». Gil's story of psychosis and the birth of Amenti was particularly poignant for me, having been through something similar during my process of spiritual awakening/emergence/emergency.

I received many insights from talks and shared moments & conversations with others this weekend, affirming my own journey and the path of many of us who have been cracked open to other realms and altered states of reality.

Journeying through those places is a portal to our gifts and purpose.

Gil talked about intuition in this last workshop, and I felt a sense of needing to be at all of Amenti's offerings over the weekend.

Eagerly anticipating a day of 1:1 drum birthing and taking in these beautiful surroundings...

Since waking this morning, there have been little messages from the animal and non human realms about the day.

I never know what a drum birthing day will truly hold and I love stepping into that unknown place with someone who is about to birth their drum.

It's a deep calling to birth your own drum, whether we fully know it or not, and usually all becomes clear as the day, weeks and months unfold.

Always beginning with gratitude for the land and place where we will welcome the drum, today it is in this gorgeous place that has become a drum birthing home for many.

Deep thanks to .and.earth for this incredible skin story tattoo.

I'm in love with it, and as I love it, I love my story more, what has brought me to this moment and made me who I am.

I've been feeling some big shifts in the last year and it's such a special experience to mark this with such a beautiful piece of art and ceremony.

Everything is walking us home, all of our life experiences, the allies and ordeals we meet along the way ~ all part of this mystical, magical unfolding of our soul's journey.

// Sharing my songs //

It was a deep joy to share some of my songs at our Summer Solstice retreat yesterday with & everyone that joined us.

This song was inspired by some dear friends who courageously took part in a fire walk at a Beltane festival in May with .events. In the days after, this song landed through the ether. That's often how songs arrive for me... when they are ready they pierce the veil and take form within a day or two.

I love singing it as it reminds me of that wonderful shared experience (thank you .events), how we inspire each other deeply (often without even knowing), and it reminds me that we are all walking through the fires of change in life.

How can we embrace it? πŸ”₯

I'm so looking forward to sharing some songs at our Solstice Retreat this coming Sunday.

& I have got such a special afternoon planned for you to celebrate this time of year 🎢✨🌞✨🎢.

Marie & I love collaborating to bring dance & song together with you all, and this time we felt we wanted to extend our time together to really deepen into the experience with dance, drumming, live music and singing together, and time to really be on the earth, with the waters and all the elemental and natural beauty at the stunning New Moon Mill in Eversley, Berkshire.

I'm looking forward to sharing some of my own songs, along with some beautiful songs gifted to the world from others. This song I am sharing has been requested already and is by Helen Knight.πŸŽΆπŸ’œ. I have shared this song around many fires and circles ~ songs carry their medicine wherever they go and I've been enjoying practicing this week in preparation for gathering together soon...
