The afternoon on 1st October will be led by myself and Grace Millar.

Grace is a devoted practitioner who is professionally trained in dance, life coaching, breathwork, sound healing and womb alchemy. Allowing you to move through the depths of your heart and womb space, by teaching and honouring both ancient and modern practices to initiate transformation and healing.

Grace began her sisterhood and womb journey through being diagnosed with endometriosis. With little guidance on what to do, whilst moving through grief and suffering, Grace dedicated herself to learning and acquiring knowledge of practices that have supported her through her own journey.

With a great passion to provide anyone with an understanding space to liberate themselves from disease or pain, and allow themselves to show up authentically and powerfully. As well as, honouring and protecting our sacred Mother Earth.
