It’s that time of year! I’ve broken out the Mullen and the Echinacea for colds and congestion.

My morning tea consisted of Lemon Balm, Mullen, Hibiscus and Marshmallow Root because I’ve managed to get a stinking cold and horrid sore throat!

How do you support your immune system during cold season?

Shower steamers are the perfect way to treat yourself to a spa experience at home … especially if you can’t have bath bombs.

Out steamers are handmade and packed with essential oils. Pop them in the back of the shower and the steam releases the aromatherapy.

Perfume oils by Ancient Witch. Sensual and fragrant, drip some oil on your pulse points and revel in the scents.

Today we’re blending another favourite. Camomile, lavender and rose to relax with lemon balm which can help some people with calming the mind and racing thoughts.

We’re learning how to use TikTok!!

One of my personal favourites. Sweet, floral and relaxing both rose and camomile have relaxing properties in their own right. Blended together they create calming infusion.

I also prep this and cool it in the fridge … which was a blessing in the heatwaves at night!
