I'm delighted to share that I am now a qualified Reiki Master!

This marks another important milestone in my professional journey and reflects my commitment to continually developing my knowledge and skills so I can provide the best possible support to my clients.

Becoming a Reiki Master has deepened my understanding of this gentle, relaxing therapy and will further enhance the care I offer through Inner Balance Therapies.

Anymore takers for tonight? Ive had a few private messages to be added to the list and to ask if you have to do special at 9.30pm whilst the reiki is being sent.
The answer is no you don't have to. You can carry on doing the things you would normally be doing. You will still receive the Reiki. Of course if you would like a relaxing experience with it, find somewhere comfortable to sit or lay down. You could have some calm music playing or silence, dim the lighting, close your eyes and relax. Enjoy ❤️
