I am truly privileged to be in the postion I am. To be able to share my story, my journey with other's, and to help them is just amazing.

I shall continue on this journey, and if I only share with a handful of people, thats better than none at all.

I didnt start because I knew everything.

I started by using the oils myself.

Then I learnt more, with support from Nikky, who enrolled me.

Over time, they became part of my everyday life, and I noticed changes in myself too.

And seeing my daughter manage her anxiety better has meant so much to me.

I didnt need to have it all figured out.

I just needed to start.

Grr. Its been a super busy week with work.

I have burnt my hand when cooking, not once, but twice 🤦‍♀️ I think that shows how tired I am.

And then to show me I really am doing to much, I need to slow down, I need to take some time out and rest, my body produces one fat lip 💋 The pain, the swelling, the uncomfortableness of it all, is there constantly. Finding it difficult to drink from a cup as well as eat 😪 I have made up a little remedy with my essential oils, thanks to doTERRA 💜

Today had been a 14 hour day 😱 and now waiting up for my child to get home! 😭 and i am doing it all again tomorrow.

If anyone says its easier parenting an almost adult as a single parent, they lied!

Wow! What a hot 🔥 🥵 weekend its been.

So much so that today, I treated myself to a trip to the beach ⛱️ with fish 🐟 & chips 🍟 for dinner. Was lovely to spend a few hours on thr beach, in the warm sun, just watching the sea 🌊
