The Locks, Hillmorton revisited, where amy-elle®️ began almost 20 years ago with amy-elle™️ studio 💫

I wanted clients to feel escapism, like they were away from it all even if just for 1 hour, escaping the busy, noise, stresses & demands of every day life.

Tucked away in a peaceful picturesque setting was the best decision for start up, now for growth we are freelance & global, to think it all began in a tiny hidden gem like this 🌎

Yesterday saw completion of 2 years teaching students Level 2 & 3 NVQ Beauty Therapy, A Level Anatomy & Physiology & Advanced Massage!

The girls came to me straight from school & have progressed through to the end of the education system into adulthood ready for the rest of their lives!!
Many saw their 18th birthdays, passed their driving tests & had a whole host of life events & lessons happen at these ages during this time!

It has been incredible to be a part of their life journey & teach them!

I now support them into the spa industry, travel & career opportunities 🌎 💫

A selected few which call themselves amy-elles angels will soon start amy-elle®️ expert level massage course exceptional ability & be ready for contracts within our brand!

Exciting times ahead for these fantastic therapists 🫶🏼

World Spa & Wellness-

As always amazing to meet with fellow global spa leaders again with the same shared vision 🤍

This year I was asked a lot about my service’s mainly offering hyper personalised treatments that are so needed they drive repeat clientele, guaranteed results which advertise themselves from strong recommendation to gain & keep clients, enhancing client experience & ROI from treatments after investing in spa design & facilities!

And! This year was particularly special as I brought along 21 of my exceptional massage students!
I am determined to significantly improve the global shortage of high standard massage therapists via my international spa consultancy!
They are due to complete training with me in the summer! It has been a pleasure to teach them advanced massage, anatomy & physiology, beauty & spa treatments for almost 2 years!

They had a great insight into industry Professional Beauty
whilst I attended the World Spa & Wellness conferences!

Being so focused on personal connection & physical touch/energy, it is always great to see suppliers & professionals from around the world in person & real time when we spend so much time online working internationally with zoom & timezones!

It is equally as amazing checking in on entrepreneurs at this event who work tirelessly around the clock & see how their businesses have evolved over the year since we last met!

Our franchise & onboarding programme is available to newly qualified therapist’s to guarantee high standard therapists being supplied to industry 🙌🏼 💆🏼‍♀️ 💆🏽‍♂️

I am a bit bias as to how fantastically they have been trained 💁🏼‍♀️ ✨

As a franchisee therapists can choose to be self employed for clients & contracts, employed for spa, live in for resort spa or specialist one area focus.
Either way they are supported with start up & transition by our established & reputable brand, inclusive of our client base & network.
A great way to enter industry which can otherwise be daunting. Confidence & Competence building & operational support ongoing

Boat shows in our network are an incredible showcase of how craftsmanship, design, ideas, business, lifestyle, goals & dreams become our reality!

This year I was at Southampton International Boat Show representing James’s magazine ‘Relentless’ for James William Phillips editor & publisher.
Some people know me, some know James, it was great to see you all there & meet new people too!!

I was there networking for Relentless Magazine which is not only an incredible luxury lifestyle magazine packed FULL of content from fashion, music, travel, celebrities, success stories, jewellery, cars, health & wellness, property to Prince Albert of Monaco!

Relentless has an exclusive private members club with access to money can’t buy experiences, magical moments, events, parties, entrepreneurship & the best network of likeminded people!

Teaching today & feeling blessed & honoured that these students have chosen to spend their days listening to me educating them!

I am really keen to pass on as much of my specialised knowledge & expertise during their time with me over this academic year.

Such a young & transformational age straight from school, before they embark on their careers with their whole life ahead of them.
This can really set them up for life in many ways & provide a solid foundational base for whichever direction they decide to go in with their career.

There is a big need for & shortage of incredible therapists in the spa industry & I am actively tutoring now to help fill this gap. Students will have career opportunities upon completion of their time with me if they have stood out as an incredible therapist ✨
I am blown away by the insight so far….some students have always known what they want to do & have been waiting to start this since just 12 years old!!!

They will gain their Beauty Specialists Diploma aswel as industry tips & secrets + enhanced client care training from me so they will always be one step ahead & excel in their career as a therapist 💫

New Generation in Wellness!! 💫

Time to update your spa experience to the Gen Z clientele!

Gen Z don’t want Boomer experiences!

Gen Z are very clued up on wellness!

They know exactly what they want & look for experiences that are totally unique!
They expect results, unique emotional experiences & memories in incredible places + great service standard.

Remote working from resort & destination hotels is moving to entrepreneurs resorts which actually started 10 years ago but now times have changed is finally taking off. I applaud anyone who provides this to facilitate GenZ!

Personally I am very happy/relieved that this new generation has come through during the middle peak of my career in this industry!
For 2 decades now I have been shouting to be heard of this new innovative revolutionary way of treating humans within an industry that was so stuck in traditional ways. Health spas were often seen as a pamper luxury rather than a necessity! And the same brands same treatments for so long now.

My method & treatment range was always innovative, future focused advanced technology! Im glad the industry has now caught up. Post pandemic & with our new generation has helped!

I am a millennial-we were the bringers of expansive growth of technology! Which has helped to lead us until now.

Gen Z are undoubtedly the most wellness conscious & sustainably conscious yet!!
I have Gen Z kids & I can honestly tell you how inspired I am every day with their drive for success,travel,motivation & experiencing the best life they can on this planet.

Next up I have 2 Gen Alphas & I can also tell you they will rapidly be on the wellness scene with incredible digital input!! So get ready for that it’s happening fast!! …..Next will be longevity & space, we already are starting AI.
