✨ A Little Celebration Post ✨

I am absolutely over the moon to share that I am now a qualified Soulful Breathwork Facilitator. 🤍✨

This has been months of learning, growth, self-development, case studies, practical assessments and stepping outside my comfort zone. There were definitely moments when I questioned myself, but today I am celebrating how far I've come.

What I love most about this qualification is the word "soulful". It feels so aligned with the way I work and the heart of my business, helping people reconnect with themselves, find calm, clarity and space to simply be.

The journey doesn't stop here though! I have already started Level 2, where I will be deepening my knowledge and experience even further. As part of my continued training, I will be looking for a small number of case study volunteers over the coming months.

I'm also excited to share that I will be introducing small, intimate breathwork groups from September. 🤍

Teaching Reiki Level 1 This Saturday ✨

This Saturday I'll be welcoming a new student into the beautiful world of Reiki.

There's something incredibly special about watching someone take their first steps on their Reiki journey, learning how to work with energy, support their own wellbeing and share Reiki with family, friends and even pets.

Teaching Reiki has become one of the most rewarding parts of my work and I'm so grateful to be able to pass on this wonderful practice.

🤍 A little breathwork update 🤍

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has volunteered to support me with my breathwork case studies over the past few months.

I'm now nearing the end of my practical training and have just a few more case studies to complete before submitting my work.

It's been such a privilege to hold space for people and witness the shifts, insights and moments of release that breathwork can bring.

Over the summer, I'll be continuing to deepen my knowledge, practice and experience so that I can bring breathwork to my clients in a way that feels safe, supportive and authentic.

My hope is to begin introducing breathwork into my business from September, alongside the Reiki and holistic therapies many of you already know and love.
