What a gorgeous summer break it has been. I hope you have all enjoyed the warm weather, managed to spend time with loved ones and felt energised by the sun.

There is a natural shift away from the high energy of summer to the cosy, restorative energy of Autumn and Winter - lighting warming candles, slowing down and snuggling under fluffy blankets in front of a fire.

With the school routines now in sight, this is your invitation to pause, take a breath and reset.

From September, I will be back offering regular restorative Crystal Bowl Sound Experiences and beautifully relaxing, balancing and grounding 1-1 Reiki treatments. Both providing the space to release any tension and ground your nervous system.

The summer holidays have begun and if you are looking for a way to share a moment of calm with your child, soothe the nervous system and disconnect from screens, join me for a relaxing Parent & Child Sound Bath.

The session will be interactive, explore breath work and meditation in a child-friendly way and conclude with a deeply relaxing sound bath.

What a gorgeous afternoon we had yesterday celebrating Ashlea’s ‘zen do’!

The sun might not have made an appearance, but it didn’t stop us from spending the day outside soaking in the magic of nature.

We began with a beautiful cacao ceremony, moved into a gentle yoga flow, and finished with the most relaxing sound bath.

The wind even joined in, gently moving the seed shaker throughout the whole afternoon—it was so peaceful.

Sending the biggest wishes to Ashlea as she gets ready for her wedding this September!

I hope you all had the most wonderful weekend celebrating in North Wales.

This morning was incredibly special. I had the absolute privilege of hosting a private sound bath for a wonderful team of counsellors.

These incredible individuals dedicate their working days (and personal time) to support, hold and help others through challenges. This morning, the roles were reversed. This was their time to switch off, release and rest.

I am deeply grateful to have been trusted to hold this space for them this morning.

To this wonderful team: I wish you all the most beautiful, restorative and peaceful summer holiday.
