Zero Balancing
Clarity, renewed energy, inner peace are some of the words that come to mind when describing Zero Balancing. Developed in the 1970’s by Fritz Frederick Smith, an American physican, osteopath and acupuncturist. Zero Balancing offers potential for structural and energetic balance, allowing the body and mind to drop away into a place of inner stillness and tranquillity. There may be more awareness of our posture and how the body moves, through flexibility in our joints, and a reduction in pain and discomfort. It’s an opportunity to pause, balance our mind, body and spirit and reconnect to who we truly are.
