🌿 Slow Down. You are not a machine. 🌿
Guys, I see you and feel for you. All you that are running on empty. Juggling work, grief, rejection, or just the weight of it all. The ones who think stopping means failing. The ones who believe rest is a luxury they just can’t afford. But here is the truth. You are not a machine.
Burnout is not a badge of honour. Pushing through pain does not make you stronger. It just digs the hole you are in deeper. Grief, rejection, exhaustion… these are not weaknesses. They are signals. Your body, your mind, your soul begging you to stop. To take a pause. So today, give yourself permission.
To breathe. To feel. To stop.
The world will not fall apart if you take five minutes. But you might if you do not.
You are allowed to slow down. You are allowed to heal. You are allowed to be human.

It is hard, but it is best to learn to deal with our grief and move to a state of acceptance. Using the emotions that are stirred up to motivate ourselves.

Like good fertiliser, use them to grow and develop. Take the richness from the loss, learning from it and going forward stronger and wiser.

It can be very lonely when your are grieving. Even when you are surrounded by other people you can feel alone with your grief.

It can eat away at your soul if you are not careful. Find someone to talk to. A relative, friend or therapist. Sharing your thoughts help you process your grief.

Dealing with grief is different for everyone. There are two things you need to know. Firstly, without love, there is no grief. Secondly, it never goes away.

You grow around it or you grow from it. Some people struggle to accept it and hold on to it. They continue to suffer.

If it can think of something bad it will, as its easier than think of something good. This is how our brain was designed in order to protect us.
