It's always a privilege, and a joy, to lead UK Reiki Federation members' events!
This month, my "Sacred Pause" guided self-healing and Reiki techniques practice session will be on:
Friday 11th September, 12:00 - 13:00 on Zoom
(a recording of these sessions are available afterwards for members) - it's suitable for all levels of Reiki, and is a lovely way to connect and set your energy for the weekend, join with the community, and maybe discover a new way to work with Reiki! Newcomers are always very welcome :-)
And my new monthly Reiki Share session will be on:
Tuesday 15th September, 7pm - 8pm.
This is an opportunity to relax, open and receive - with a guided visualisation to deepen the session, in a held, safe virtual Reiki space of healing and connection to source.
Again, this is suitable for people at all stages of their Reiki journey. And remember - making space to receive for yourself, always has positive outward ripples for everyone around you on their healing journeys - and also for everyone they interact with - and so it flows!

It's great value, and a wonderful positive organisation, a trusted voice and upholder and initiator of professional standards, Reiki research and promoting professional accreditation. It's run by and for its members too. And amongst the benefits of membership like discounts on professional insurance, you also get access to members' events like mine - as well as from some fabulous, legendary figures in the world of Reiki, too!
That has to be worth thinking about!
What's on at UKRF this September?
As we prepare for the shift into the autumnal days of September, we witness the golden bridge between fire and frost. It teaches the soul to let go of the summer's loud desires and turn inward.
We gather the quiet harvest of our past choices, give thanks for the bitter and sweet, and light a steady lamp of hope for the dark days to come. What we planted in spring, now shows its true face in our hands, as we thank the bright moments that pushed us to grow tall.
We carry the spark of wisdom forward into the quiet season, knowing every winter hides a silent promise of spring.
