Tiggs was just looking regal on his Reiki throne👑... but suddenly something caught his attention... and he went into full Reiki guardian mode! ✨️🐾

My Tiggs is so switched on - he knows when something/someone is present in the etheric before I do ❤️ and when there are birds in the garden, too - they also need his full attention 😹

This is Do-in (pronounced "dough in") and it's way more ancient than EFT. This is a way to connect, activate and tune into the rivers of ki (qi/ch'i) which flow though your body. Find out how it feels. Learn what is really going on in your energy - hint, you don't have to listen to the brain's theories - find out for yourself. Go as fast or slow, as softly or vigourously as your body tells you. You don't need to "fix" anything here. This is knowledge, self-connection and awareness- just be curious. Start to trust your body and you can learn to understand the wisdom it wants to reveal to you!
