On Tues 29th Sept, we're creating something a little bit different.
An immersive evening of breathwork, drumming, interactive sound and relaxation.
You don't have to be spiritual
You don't need to know how to drum.
You don't need any experience at all!
You just need to come as you are.

For 75mins you can step away from the noise, the endless to-do list, and everything you've been carrying and give yourself space to breathe, reconnect and reset.
You'll leave feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, with your mind finally quiet for a while 😍

Well that was a few splendid days away in the Lakes, exploring places I've not seen before. 😊 Boat ride sailing around the lake, cream tea on a train, walking, and ticking seeing an Osprey in the wild off the list, brilliant, visiting Hilltop House. Just need to see an Otter in the wild now to tick off my list! I'm sure they hide when they see me 🤣

2 days to go to end of summer hols, then its back to work 🙌😀
