Sunday evenings are the perfect time to slow down, get cosy, and prepare for the week ahead. If your child sometimes struggles to settle, finds it hard to relax, or experiences anxiety, Bee Still Family Soundbath offers a gentle, nurturing space to help.

Bee Still is the new monthly family soundbath session at Soul Fitness Prestwich. Its for ages 6+, each child will also receive a crystal at the end of the session as part of the ticket. Bookings now live!

I know I’m cutting it fine after promising this would be here today 😂 but I made it!

I absolutely love Autumn and I’ve really enjoyed making this little collection. Warm scents, earthy crystals and handmade pieces that feel perfect for the darker evenings ahead.

🕯️ Warm Woods
My autumn candle, scented with Spiced Orange and finished with Tiger’s Eye & Smoky Quartz. Warm, rich and made for lighting when the evenings start drawing in.

🍁 Autumn Wax Melts
Little autumn shaped melts scented with Orange & Cashmere, presented in the most gorgeous autumn box with their own tiny wooden scoop attached.

🌿 Autumn Smudge Stick
Handmade with dried red rose, mugwort and sage, finished with a piece of rough Tiger’s Eye.

✨ Autumn Crystal Bracelet
Citrine, Labradorite & Smoky Quartz. I love these three together and the colours are so beautiful for this time of year.

Everything has been made by hand in small batches as always.

New for Autumn! Multi Wick Pumpkin Candle Making Workshop 🍂

I’m so excited to finally bring a candle making workshop to Laura Rose Handmade Holistics!

Come and spend a cosy autumn evening making your own luxury multi-wick pumpkin candle, using these gorgeous tortoiseshell glass pumpkin vessels which I love 😍

I’ll guide you through the whole process, sharing some of the knowledge and science behind candle making that I’ve learnt through creating my own candle range. You’ll choose your autumn fragrance, prepare your vessel, mix, blend and pour your own 320g soy candle, with tea and coffee while we make.

The pumpkin is such a beautiful statement piece in itself too. Once you’ve enjoyed your candle, you can clean out the glass vessel and bring it back out every autumn 🎃

I’m keeping the first workshop small, so there are limited spaces available.

A different kind of Friday night ✨

Our Alternative Friday Night is a collaboration between myself and Stacey from , bringing together yoga and sound for a really lovely evening of slowing down after the week.

Stacey guides you through the yoga before we get cosy for a deeply relaxing sound bath with myself, then we finish the evening together with herbal teas and a little time to chat before heading home.

Such a gorgeous way to spend a Friday evening 🤍

Sound Snuggles is back in Urmston this September 🤍

I absolutely love these little Wednesday mornings. We spend the hour with gentle sounds and sensory play, giving babies lots to watch, listen to and explore while mums get to slow down and enjoy it with them.

Babies can feed, sleep, cuddle, wriggle around or take everything in. We just follow their lead.

We always finish with a brew and time to chat too, which has become such a lovely part of the sessions ☕️

Our 3 hour pamper session is back this October and we already only have 5 spaces remaining 🤎

Spend the morning with us enjoying a 45 minute sound bath, facial treatment, Reiki, foot spas, journalling and time to relax with refreshments. Robes and slippers are provided too, so you can properly settle in for the morning.

Its a fairly quiet one this month as I enjoy time with the kids whilst they're off. Those first few months with a baby can feel like such a blur. The days are full, your little one changes so quickly, and before you know it another week has passed.

That's why I love Sound Snuggles so much.

It's one hour each week to slow everything down. A calm space filled with gentle sounds, sensory moments, cuddles, and time to simply enjoy being with your baby. And afterwards, there's always a brew and a chat with other mums who are in the same season of life.

I'm so excited to be starting a new course in Urmston this September.

These courses are always one of my most popular offerings and places are limited, so if you've been thinking about joining us, I'd recommend booking sooner rather than later.
