A gentle hour of relaxation for children aged 6+ and their grown ups.

An opportunity to slow down together, step away from screens and the noise of daily life, get cosy under a blanket and enjoy a calming sound journey before the week ahead.

A little pinch me moment. ✨

Looking for an alternative Friday night?

On Friday 3rd July, join myself and Stacey from The Tattooed Lotus for an evening of movement, rest and connection at Sister & Soul in Urmston.

We'll begin with a gentle yoga practice before settling into a deeply relaxing sound bath, creating space to slow down after a busy week. Afterwards, we'll have a selection of herbal teas and a chance to chat, connect or simply enjoy a quiet moment before heading home.

A different way to spend a Friday evening.

A chance to step away from the hustle and bustle of the week, stretch out tired bodies, quiet busy minds and ease into the weekend at a gentler pace.

We're back for another social, and this time it's our Summer Social ☀️

A relaxed morning for mums and babies to slow down, connect and enjoy a little time together.

We'll begin with a gentle baby massage session led by Lisa from Calmer Llama, followed by a calming baby sound bath with Laura Rose Holistics. There'll also be a beautiful summer mini photoshoot for you and your little one, plenty of tea, coffee and cake, and time to chat with other mums.

A lovely warm and welcoming space to spend a summer morning with your baby and meet other local mums who are in the same season of life.
