Ok…so I don’t think I’m legally allowed to call my choir therapy 🤣😜 but who do I call to get that s**z passed?!

There is nowhere else on earth where I laugh more or feel so fulfilled. I have said it countless times, it doesn’t matter what kind of day I’ve had, the second I hear these people sing together I feel better.

This group has healed me in ways I’ll never have the words for. The fact others get the same thing from it is honestly the biggest miracle!

On Saturday night we will be stepping back onto the stage at St Paul’s Church for our summer celebration of everything this group stands for…

Your life is SHORT.

Evo have been delighting audiences for 19 years with their unique blend of high energy songs, awesome harmonies and that party vibe you can’t help but feel part of!

If you don’t know us we are known for our huge sound and epic mash ups and for breaking almost every choir rule going! 🤣😜

This is not a sit down and shut up situation! This is your chance to gather your favourite people and leave the world behind for the night.

Our show this time has been inspired by songs of stage and screen so expect plenty of singalong moments and songs you might expect as well as others you definitely wouldn’t!

We are a choir who aren’t afraid to push the boundaries. There will be awesome singing, questionable dancing 🤣😜 and a vibe you just won’t find anywhere else!

The Evolution Choir has been running now for 19 years.

19 years of bending the rules and doing things our way!

No auditions to join

Today was pretty close to perfect 🥹

Lie in after a fulfilling but busy weekend.
Pancakes for brunch.
Playing Nintendo with my girl.
A cheeky afternoon nap.
Swimming with the kids at the outdoor pool.
Sunset picnic.

It doesn’t take much to feel blissfully happy 🥰

Them: So what are you? A Singer or a Sound Healer?

Me: Both baby! 😜🙌🏻

Ok full disclosure no one has ever asked me that question 🤣🤣🤷🏻‍♀️ but I’ve certainly grappled with it myself over the years. Constantly looking for the place where I felt I belonged. Constantly questioning and making myself choose without even realising that’s what I was doing!

Was I the loud outgoing confident performer or was I the introverted self-doubting lover of peace and quiet? And crucially, was I being fake when I fell one side or the other?

It’s only been very recently that I’ve been able to hold both together at the same time. I am literally both of those things. I love being ridiculous with my choir and whipping an audience up into a frenzy just as much as I love writing in my journal and contemplating life’s deepest questions.

I am both and I never needed to choose. I just needed to give myself grace and accept every part of me.

Today I know this:

I am chaotic yet grounded
I am loud and at peace
I am both spiritual and sceptical

And this is why I can host an epic show for hundreds that feels like a party AND host intimate retreats that are transformational and deeply healing.

I am a true hybrid and I’m ok with that now. 🥰

The final moments of Verve Festival were pure magic! As I was lying down listening to the hand pan and gongs I spotted a white feather way up in the sky gently floating down, quickly followed by a bumble bee and then a pigeon! My three most prominent spiritual signs!

And that was after one of the beautiful peacocks gave us a stunning display of his feathers!

Kaye has created an incredible experience with and I can’t wait to do it all again next year, whether or not I’m fortunate enough to be invited back as a facilitator.

My heart is full! ❤️

This is my first time facilitating at Verve and I’m so excited to be part of such a beautiful festival! I’ve met some gorgeous people too and the energy all weekend has been expansive yet calm.

What an incredible day at Verve! The whole vibe was so chilled and everyone was so friendly!

And right at the end I saw Kaye, the new steward of the festival and she was so relaxed and happy which I think tells you everything you need to know!

Can’t wait for tomorrow and have I mentioned that I’m singing there on Sunday? 🤣😜. 3.15pm in the golden glade.
