A Morning of Wellbeing 🧡🌿

What a beautiful morning we had at our Wild Roots Well Women Group. 🧡

We slowed down, took some time for ourselves and enjoyed some lovely mini facials, hand massages and head & shoulder massages, the perfect opportunity to relax, reset and be looked after. ✨

But as always, it wasn’t just about the pampering. We had time to talk, listen, learn and share, connecting with one another over a warm cuppa and, of course, some delicious cake! ☕🍰

A huge thank you to everyone who came and helped create such a warm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

We also feel very lucky to have Wilton Place as our venue. It gives us such a lovely, comfortable space to come together, connect and simply be ourselves. 🌿

This is what Wild Roots is all about, connection, community and making time for you. 🧡

If you’ve been feeling busy, tired, a little overwhelmed, or simply in need of some you time, this is your gentle reminder to come along. 💕

It’s a chance to slow down, have a cuppa, enjoy some homemade treats, chat and connect with other lovely women — and of course, enjoy some pampering! ✨

Claire from Claire Ellis Therapy and I will be offering complimentary mini facials and hand massages, so come along, relax and let yourself be looked after for a little while.

What a lovely morning at our Wild Roots Well Women Group. 🧡

There’s something really special about bringing women together in a space where everyone feels welcome, conversations flow naturally, and we can take a little time out for ourselves.

A huge thank you to Alison Barclay for joining us today and sharing her knowledge about vitamins, minerals and glycons. It was a fascinating session that sparked plenty of questions, discussion and moments of reflection. We all came away with something new to think about.

Thank you to every woman who joined us this morning. Your openness, kindness and willingness to share are what make these gatherings so special.

If you’ve been thinking about coming along but haven’t yet taken the leap, we’d love to welcome you. There’s no pressure to speak, just a warm cuppa, homemade treats, friendly faces and a safe space to simply be.

A social group is offering women a warm and welcoming space to connect and unwind.

Today was truly magical. ✨
If I'm honest, I was really nervous.
I haven't held a retreat in over two years because they often left me completely exhausted and burnt out. But today felt different.
I prepared everything the day before, had the most amazing support from my beautiful assistant Rose (who made sure I actually stopped to drink and eat!), and for the first time I left feeling full instead of depleted.
Together we shared a gentle somatic yoga practice, Yoga Nidra, plenty of doggy cuddles, a beautiful Holding Space Ritual, a delicious lunch, a mindful walk in the sunshine and a deeply relaxing sound bath.
My heart is so full. Thank you to the seven wonderful women who trusted me and shared this special day with me. You made it everything I hoped it would be. 🤍
I'm already dreaming up the next one... a Winter Wreath Making & Wellness Retreat. 🍂✨
