The simple things 🤎

Today was about sand between our toes, pockets full of shells and driftwood adventures with Rainn. 🌿

No plans. No rushing. Just feeling the earth beneath our feet, collecting little treasures, making things, playing and being together.

It’s these ordinary moments that feel the most magical to me. The ones we don’t need to photograph or turn into anything - just moments to be fully in.

A reminder that wellbeing doesn’t always have to look like a meditation, a ritual or a wellness practice.

Sometimes it’s simply getting outside and playing in the sand. 🤎

Something magical happens when women come together. ✨

A space to slow down.
To be seen.
To be heard.
To reconnect with yourself - and with other women.

And somehow, it feels very fitting that this little collaboration began completely unexpectedly. 🌿

Cat and Jo met at VegOut West, setting up gazebos next to each other. Two women arriving with our own practices, our own stories and our own little worlds, and we just instantly clicked.

Conversations flowed, ideas started forming and somewhere amongst the festival madness, a little seed was planted. 🌱

Now that seed is becoming our first online Women’s Circle.

A gentle evening of sisterhood, movement, reflection, energy, connection and simply having the space to be. 🤍

Our first circle will gently honour the changing seasons - that beautiful space between summer and autumn, and the transformations happening within us too. 🍂
