As the days get longer and summer begins to bloom, we're delighted to be bringing you another month of inspiring, uplifting and welcoming wellbeing sessions. Whether you'd like to relax, move, meditate, learn something new or simply spend time with like-minded people, there's something for everyone this June.

๐ธ Monday 8th June - Self Hypnosis & Relaxation with Terry Anne Scholes Discover the truth behind hypnosis and learn simple techniques to help you relax more deeply and bring greater positivity into everyday life.
๐ง Tuesday 9th June - Mantra Meditation with Sarah Jane Cooper Learn how mantra and breath can work together to calm the mind, improve focus and create a peaceful meditative state.
๐ Monday 15th June - Dancing for Wellbeing with Julie Thompson Enjoy gentle movement, uplifting music and joyful dance in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
๐ฟ Monday 29th June - Meditation & Mindfulness with Daniel & Kate Join us for our monthly gathering as we explore a new wellbeing theme, share simple mindfulness practices and take time to reconnect with ourselves and each other.
๐ณ Tuesday 30th June - An Introduction to Dru Yoga with Rachael Hattersley Discover the gentle, flowing movements of Dru Yoga and experience how accessible and enjoyable yoga can be for every body.
๐ All sessions take place from 10:30am - 11:30am and everyone is welcome. Donations are appreciated and help us continue growing a thriving wellbeing community here in Scarborough.
