𓂀 COURAGE IS WHAT SHE DEMANDS.

COURAGE IS WHAT SHE AWAKENS.

I completed my seven-year journey to become a Sekhem Master Teacher in October 2022, under the guidance of my teacher Padma Khandro.

But completing the training and being ready to teach were two very different things.

There was more to meet within myself.

More dissolving. More shadow. More alchemy. More remembering.

And then came Kemet. Egypt. The sacred lands. My own deeply personal initiation and encounter with Sekhmet.

The lioness. The fierce mother. The embodiment of courage and fierce compassion within the lineage I carry.

For me, Sekhem has never been simply another healing modality.

It is a relationship. A responsibility. A living practice.

And now I feel ready to begin passing on these teachings.

There is something so different about receiving sound outdoors.

To lie beneath the trees, feel the air on your skin, hear the birds and the movement of the woodland around you while the crystal bowls begin to sing creates such a beautiful space to soften and let go.

This Forest Sound Bath is held in the Willow Grove at Burscough Community Farm and brings together crystal sound, Sekhem healing and shamanic drum journeying in a deeply natural setting.

You’ll be invited to slow down, settle your nervous system and simply receive, allowing the sounds of the bowls and the forest to weave together around you.

And for anyone who wants to extend the experience, there is also the option afterwards to enjoy a wood-fired sauna and cold plunge in pure spring water.

A full reset through sound, nature, heat and cold.

There’s a reason some men don’t love the idea of their wives or partners working with me.

Because she might not come back the same.

She might stop being the martyr.
She might stop swallowing the things that don’t feel right just to keep the peace.
She might stop putting everyone else first and leaving herself with the scraps.

The worst portion.
The least rest.
The emotional load.
The resentment she’s been pretending isn’t there.

She might start noticing where she’s been over-giving, over-functioning and making herself smaller.

She might find her boundaries.
Her no.
Her f@&£ yes.
Her voice.
Her truth.
Her desire.
Her calling.

And obviously that can be inconvenient for the people who benefited from her having none of those things.

Sometimes I can almost see the panic.

Because once a woman starts doing this work, the relationship has to move with her.

The old dynamics don’t fit anymore.
The unspoken agreements don’t work anymore.
And the people around her are invited to meet her at a deeper level.
So yes, maybe she will come home different.

More honest.
More self-respecting.
More embodied.
More alive.

More willing to ask:
Is this actually the life I want?
And that doesn’t automatically mean she leaves- the relationship, the job, the comfort.

Sometimes it means they become better than ever before.

But it does mean she is far less available for a life that requires her to abandon herself in order to keep it.

So perhaps the fear isn’t really:
“What is she going to become?”

Maybe it’s:
“What is going to be asked of me when she remembers who she is?”

And that… that is where the real magic/ work begins

Do you already hold space for others…
but know you have the capacity to hold something deeper?

Can you feel that the energetic integrity of your spaces could become clearer?

More pristine.
More potent.
More grounded.
More aligned with the people you are now ready to work with.

There is a difference between knowing how to facilitate a space…
and knowing how to work consciously with the energy moving within it.

Sekhem changed this for me completely.
It gave me another language for the subtle body, energetic clearing, ancestral patterning, deep healing and the unseen field we are constantly working within.

And after more than a decade walking with this lineage, I am beginning to feel the call to open the next Certified Sekhem Level 1 & 2 Practitioner Training.

There are no dates yet.
I am gathering the people first.
