Today's coaching session, the last session of our current Breaststroke to Front crawl workshop.
Really proud of how far they have come from not being able to put face in to swimming really nice front crawl.

Oh look what was put up today new hand rail.
Just a reminder that I will be away on holiday 11-17 June so no messages will be answered. Staff will be running the sessions that are on the calendar - there will be no Monday evening session on the 15 and no evening session on the 27 at PH.
