Lisa Palmer - The Regain & Reclaim Perimenopause Coach Hi, Im Lisa Palmer | The Regain & Reclaim Perimenopause Coach.

I help women overwhelmed by perimenopause symptoms like hot flushes, brain fog & low energy regain confidence feel strong & excited about what's next......

04/09/2026

This didn’t happen because of another diet, supplement or trying to exercise harder.

It happened because I stopped trying to fix one symptom at a time and started looking at the WHOLE picture.

Most women in perimenopause think feeling like themselves again is about:

👉 eating less

👉 exercising more

👉 finding the “right” supplement

Cute idea…

but that’s why so many end up overwhelmed, exhausted and feeling like they’re failing when nothing seems to stick.

The reality?

Feeling stronger and more in control only feels possible when you know what YOUR body actually needs.

When you know:

✨ how your symptoms, nutrition, movement, sleep and stress are connected

✨ which small changes will actually support you rather than add another thing to your to-do list

✨ how to build routines that work around your REAL life

That’s the difference between constantly starting again and feeling like you’re finally moving forward.

Because Google can teach you about perimenopause…

but knowing how to actually apply that information to YOUR body, YOUR symptoms and YOUR lifestyle?

That’s what creates sustainable change.

And that’s what I’m known for.

After navigating my own perimenopause journey and now helping women make sense of theirs, I can tell you confidently:

this isn’t luck, and it isn’t about waiting for the right time.

It’s about putting the right foundations in place.

You don’t need another list of things to “fix”.

You need to understand what’s happening, know what matters most and take the next small step. 💙

💙 WHEN DID YOU LAST PUT YOURSELF ON YOUR OWN PRIORITY LIST?

As perimenopausal women, we can find ourselves wearing so many different hats.

We’re the partner.
The mum.
The daughter caring for our parents.
The one keeping the household going.
The one building a career or running a business.

And we’re often so busy making sure everyone and everything else keeps thriving that when our own energy starts to dip, something has to give.

And too often… it’s us.

We put off the things that matter to us.

The exercise we enjoy.

The time to pause.

Meeting a friend.

Doing something just for ourselves.

Even taking 30 minutes to simply breathe and be.

And sometimes there’s guilt attached to it too.

“I don’t have time.”
“Someone else needs me.”
“I’ll do it when everything else is done.”

But what if we stopped seeing time for ourselves as something we have to find and started seeing it as something we’re allowed to prioritise?

This is where time management can make such a difference.

Not about squeezing more into an already busy day.
Not about becoming more productive.
But about looking at where your time is actually going, what matters to you, and where you fit into your own life.

Because imagine moving from:
“I just don’t have enough time.”

to:
“I’m on my own priority list.” 💙

Does this resonate with you?
Do you feel guilty giving yourself time, even though deep down you know you need that space?

Someone recently reminded me just how different things feel now compared with where I started 🤣

And yeah, I smiled… but then I actually sat there for a second.

Because the weird thing is…

I never set out to become the woman who understood perimenopause this deeply.

I was simply trying to understand what was happening to me.

I remember feeling like my body had suddenly changed the rules.

My energy was different.

My confidence had taken a knock.

And I didn’t understand why I didn’t feel like myself anymore.

I spent a LOT of time trying to make sense of it all.

Trying different things.

Looking for answers.

Wondering whether this was just something I had to accept.

There was a lot of figuring it out as I went.

Which is exactly why being able to now support other women through perimenopause honestly means more to me than I can put into words. 💙

And yes… there is always more to learn.

More women to reach.

More conversations to have.

But I didn’t want to look at where I am now and immediately think, what’s next?

I wanted to appreciate how far I’ve come.

Because I think we move past progress way too quickly.

We see the confident version of someone’s journey and forget there was a whole lot of uncertainty before it.

And don’t get me wrong…

Sharing the polished “I’ve figured it all out” version has its place 🤣

But I want to use my journey as evidence for the woman who is still trying to make sense of hers.

If you’re in the “what is happening to me?” stage…

The “I don’t feel like myself” stage…

Or the “surely I can’t feel like this forever?” stage…

That doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It means you’re somewhere in the middle of your story.

And where you are right now isn’t necessarily where you’ll stay. 💙

Maybe that’s the bit we don’t talk about enough.

The messy middle.

The figuring it out.

The small steps that eventually change everything.

So tell me…

Do you actually want to see the messy BTS of someone’s journey, or just the finished version? 👀👇

💙 WHEN DID YOU LAST PUT YOURSELF ON YOUR TO-DO LIST?

Not the washing.

Not the work.

Not the family.

Not everyone else's needs.

You.

Because this Thursday at 10am, we're talking about something I think so many women struggle with through perimenopause...

⏰ TIME MANAGEMENT
And I'm not talking about becoming more productive or finding another 20 things to squeeze into your already-full day.
I'm talking about finding space for YOU.

Because how often do we say:

“I'll do it when I've got time.”

But the truth is... when is everything ever actually done?

This week, my chosen topic — Time Management — and I'm really looking forward to having this conversation with you.

I'll be sharing a little of my own journey and how I've had to learn that creating space for myself isn't selfish.

We'll talk about:
⏰ Making space for yourself
💙 Putting yourself back on your own priority list
🧩 Finding realistic ways to fit the things that matter into everyday life
🙅‍♀️ Learning that you don't have to do everything
🌱 Small changes that can help you feel less overwhelmed and more in control

This won't be a presentation or a list of things you should be doing.
It'll be a real, honest conversation about how we actually make space for ourselves when life is already full.

So grab your cuppa, come as you are and join me. ☕

💬 And before Thursday, I'd love to know...
What's the one thing you wish you had more time for?
Pop it in the comments — it might become part of our conversation.

Perimenopause made me realise my need to understand WHY things were happening wasn’t the problem.

Turns out it became one of my biggest strengths.

For years, I’d notice things weren’t quite right.

My body felt different.

My energy changed.

Things that once felt easy suddenly didn’t.

And instead of just accepting “this is what happens as you get older”…

I wanted to understand it.

Being told you’re “overthinking,” “doing too much,” or “making things complicated.”

When really?

You’re trying to make sense of something that doesn’t make sense yet.

You weren’t being difficult.

You were looking for answers.

You’ve been told to just get on with it.

To accept feeling rubbish.

To put symptoms down to “just getting older.”

That you just have to put up with it.

But I’m not someone who’s happy with “just get on with it.”

I want to understand.

I want to learn.

And I want to find a way forward that actually works in real life.

I was never meant to ignore what my body was telling me.

I was meant to get curious about it.

That “overthinking”?

It’s the reason I look at the WHOLE picture.

It’s the reason I question what’s really getting in the way.

It’s the reason I can help women connect the dots between their symptoms, lifestyle and wellbeing.

Now I use that curiosity every day in my work.

Not to give women another list of things to worry about…

But to help make perimenopause feel less confusing and more manageable.

And that’s exactly why I created Thrive: The Perimenopause Sisterhood 💙

A space where you can ask questions, share what’s happening, learn, and feel genuinely supported by women who get it.

If you’re a woman navigating perimenopause

Who’s always known there has to be a better way than just putting up with feeling rubbish

And you’re ready to understand your body, feel stronger and feel more like YOU again?

Follow me 🤍

You’ve just found your people.

Most women in perimenopause are trying EVERYTHING.

Googling symptoms.

Changing their diet.

Trying supplements.

Starting workouts.

Hoping something will finally make them feel like themselves again.

But doing MORE doesn’t necessarily create feeling BETTER 💸

And “I’m trying really hard” never means your approach is actually working 🙃

Supporting your body only works when the different pieces work together.

Which sounds scarier than it is…

Because it’s really just understanding what your body needs:

✨ Understand your symptoms - so you can recognise what your body is telling you rather than constantly chasing the next symptom.

✨ Nourish your body properly - so you’re giving yourself the energy and support you need.

✨ Move in a way that supports you - so exercise works WITH your body rather than leaving you feeling more depleted.

✨ Look at your lifestyle - so sleep, stress, routines and time aren't working against everything else.

That’s it.

When you understand how those pieces connect, perimenopause starts feeling a whole lot less complicated 🪩

And that’s exactly what I’m passionate about helping women understand 💙

And that’s why I created Thrive: The Perimenopause Sisterhood ✨

A supportive space for women navigating perimenopause to feel seen, heard and understood.

Inside you’ll find practical support, conversations around symptoms, nutrition, movement and lifestyle, encouragement and women who genuinely understand what you’re going through.

And the best bit?

It’s completely FREE 🥳

Everyone thinks you need a perfect diet, loads of supplements and a strict exercise routine to feel better in perimenopause.

But you don’t.

You don’t need to overhaul your entire life.

You don’t need to chase every new supplement.

You don’t need to exercise harder every time you feel exhausted.

We focus on what actually matters:

✨ Understanding what your symptoms are telling you

✨ Supporting your body with realistic nutrition + movement

✨ Creating habits and routines that actually fit your life

It’s not about doing everything perfectly.

It’s about understanding the connections.

Because you can eat well but still be under-fuelling.

You can exercise regularly but still be running on empty.

You can understand your symptoms but still struggle if your routine is completely overwhelming.

The goal isn't to become obsessed with managing perimenopause.

It’s to feel stronger, more energised, more in control and more like YOU again.

And that’s the reminder:

You don’t need to do MORE.

You just need to understand what actually needs your attention.

✨ Save this post so next time you catch yourself blaming your diet, your motivation or your body… you remember to look at the whole picture 😘

26/08/2026

If feeling better in perimenopause sounds like a full-time job, it’s probably because you’ve been told there’s a “right” way to do it.

I’m all for taking responsibility for your health.

I don’t believe you can expect your body to feel better without making changes.

I believe in learning what your body needs and making small, realistic changes that fit your life.

What I DON'T do is accept that perimenopause means you just have to put up with feeling rubbish.

I don't want “just accept it, you’re getting older.”

Feeling better according to who??

Someone who thinks hot flushes, exhaustion and brain fog are simply something you have to live with?

Someone who thinks losing weight means eating less and exercising more?

Someone who thinks you need a perfect diet, endless workouts and a cupboard full of supplements?

Why would I let those opinions decide what’s possible for MY body?

And this is why “it’s just part of menopause” annoys me so much.

Because it’s often said like it’s an objective truth.

It’s not.

It’s an assumption.

And then we wonder why women stop listening to their bodies and feel completely disconnected from themselves.

No thank you.

I don't expect every symptom to disappear overnight.

I don't expect one diet, supplement or workout to fix everything.

But I absolutely refuse to accept feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and unlike myself as the only option.

Some things I understand about my body now would have felt completely overwhelming when I first experienced perimenopause.

Not because I needed to become an expert overnight.

Because I needed to understand what my body was telling me.

Big difference.

I’m not saying we can control every part of perimenopause.

But I do think accepting everything as “just menopause” can stop us looking at what we CAN influence.

If you’ve ever been told “that’s just part of getting older”, drop a 💙 below so

I know I’m not alone because I swear we’ve ALL had someone else’s limitations handed to us as “just the way it is” 👀
