🍂 Autumn Retreat – A Day to Relax, Explore & Reconnect 🍂

Join us for a wonderfully immersive Autumn Retreat, running from 11am–7.30pm this Sunday 13th September.

This is open to anyone who would like to attend. You don't need to be spiritual, experienced in meditation or Reiki, or know anything about pendulums or tea leaves. Everything will be introduced in a friendly, accessible way and this definitely isn't a day of sitting listening to people talk for hours! We've deliberately created a varied, interactive programme where you'll be taking part, trying new things, creating, relaxing and connecting with others throughout the day.

🍁 Your day will include:
☕ Cacao ceremony & icebreaker – a relaxed welcome to the retreat and chance to settle in.
🧘 Guided meditation – time to slow down and switch off from everyday life.
🍃 Tea leaf session – an interactive introduction to this fascinating form of divination.
🔮 Pendulum workshop – learn about pendulum work and have a go yourself and you get to keep your pendulum!
🌾 Corn-doll making – get creative with a traditional autumn-inspired craft.
🧡 Autumn self-care session – practical ideas and activities to help you prioritise your own wellbeing as we move into the new season.
🎶 Sound bath – lie back, get comfortable and experience a deeply relaxing sound session.
✨ Meditation & Reiki – ending the main activities with a peaceful combination of meditation and Reiki.
💜 Drop-in Reiki taster sessions will also be available throughout the day.

We've taken care of the little things too. You'll receive worksheets and activities to take away, plus a gift bag to take home, so your retreat experience doesn't have to end when you leave.

🥗 Food and refreshments are included, with healthy choices available throughout the day, including mid-morning refreshments/snacks, lunch and an early evening meal/tea.

The day has been designed to have a lovely balance of learning, creativity, spirituality, self-care, relaxation, good food and connection.
Come with a friend, family member or come completely on your own – you'll be very welcome. There is no pressure to participate in anything you're uncomfortable with and absolutely no expectation to share personal information with the group.
🍂 One day. A little time away from everyday life. Lots of new experiences. And hopefully you'll head home feeling relaxed, refreshed and inspired.

On THURSDAY I'm in BLYTH at the Darkside Market! I'll be there with my "make a spell jar" Station and my usual stall a long with other Creatives, Tarot Card Readers, Angelic Readers. It's a fabulous night and of course you can get a drink from the bar too!
