A reminder that podiatrists don't just deal with feet.

We're lower limb specialists.

And all the weird things that happen in between.

This clip is from my own rehab after my foot injury. Around 6-8 weeks in, I couldn't even fully straighten my leg during nerve flossing.

Madness.

Injury doesn't just affect the injured area. It affects how you move, load, compensate, and function as a whole.

Which is exactly why good rehab looks beyond the foot 👌🏼

Some things can wait… painful feet can’t 👣

First time seeing a Podiatrist after struggling with ongoing pain that was gradually getting worse — especially long days on their feet at work and hours spent driving.

After a proper assessment, we got to the root of the problem and put the right treatment plan in place to get them back to feeling comfortable, confident, and gym-ready 💪🏼

Strength training truly is the best therapy.

It clears the head,
builds discipline,
and keeps the body doing what it’s meant to do.

For me, it’s the closest thing to medicine for both body and mind.
It’s also something I regularly prescribe for my clients, with the right guidance.
