🧘🏼‍♂️ join me online at 6.30am - 7am every Monday to Friday for a lovely full-body stretch - what a great way to start the day!

🧘🏽 Join via zoom (same link daily) - no need to talk - hop on at 6.29 and leave at 7. You can dip into classes whenever you like.

You will feel the benefits really quickly and knowing others are doing it online will give you that motivation! It really is the best start to the morning and the stretching and twisting helps your digestive system.

Knowledge of all the yoga poses would be an advantage.

Taking bookings for Massage and Reiki in my garden yurt.
A lovey quiet location with birds singing and sometimes the gentle sound of small planes overhead. Or if it’s raining it sounds so relaxing on the yurt roof.
