No scrolling. No emails. No doom-scrolling yourself into a hole.

Just a big old hug of heat, a bit of nature, and absolutely no idea where your phone is. 😂🌿

Come and switch off with us.

Now, we know sauna culture can sometimes involve a communal changing room…

But we’re British.

And frankly… we’d rather not. 😂

At Sauna Hug, we have 3 private changing rooms.

No awkward towel manoeuvring.
No trying to get dressed whilst someone else is doing the same.
No pretending you’re completely comfortable when you absolutely are not. 😆

Just your own little space to get changed.

Because we want Sauna Hug to feel relaxed, and comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Who needs a valid reason to disappear for an hour? I’ve got one for you… 🎉😆

🏡 The housework will still be there.
🛒 The food shop can wait.
🧺 That washing pile isn’t going anywhere.
📱 Those emails? They’ll survive.

You, however…

You deserve an hour that’s just for you.

The warmth of the wood-fired sauna. Fresh air. A refreshing cool down. Deep breaths. No one asking you for snacks. 😆

As the outside temperatures start to dip, the contrast between the heat of the sauna and the refreshing ambient cool is chef’s kiss. 🤌🍃

We’re open Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday.

Head to the website to book your session.

☀️ To celebrate the summer holidays, every August sauna session is now just £10! 🧡

Summer can be an expensive time, so I wanted to make it as easy as possible for you to carve out an hour for yourself. A little heat, a little stillness, and a whole lot of relaxation.

Simply use the promo code AUGUST when you book, and your session will be reduced to £10.

✨ Limited to August sessions only, so don’t miss out!

See you in the sauna.
