February is almost here.
It’s the time for slowing down after the push of winter.
The time for noticing what’s quietly shifting, even if everything still looks grey on the surface.

I’m inviting you to a small evening gathering with ceremonial cacao, breath, and guided meditation — a space to pause, to sit together, and to give yourself some unhurried attention.

We’ll meet on Friday 13 February and spend the evening simply arriving — into the body, into the breath, into the moment we’re in. The group will be small, so the space can stay grounded, calm, and personal.

If this feels like the right time for you, you’re warmly welcome.
