Grounding Light Healing Reiki

I’ve had readings with her and have always found them to be incredibly accurate, genuine and insightful. There have been things she’s picked up on during a reading that I hadn’t told her beforehand, which has always made the experience feel very genuine and personal.

I also completed a healing course with her several years ago, which I found really informative, honest and genuinely helpful. She has a really lovely way of making you feel comfortable and at ease while still being professional and knowledgeable.

She’s friendly, approachable and easy to talk to, and I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for an honest and genuine reading or wanting to learn more about spiritual and healing practices.

💜 Did you know there have been science-based studies into Reiki? 💜

Reiki has been investigated in clinical trials and systematic reviews, including research looking at anxiety, pain, stress and wellbeing.

🔬 Anxiety: A 2024 meta-analysis involving 824 adults found a significant reduction in anxiety following Reiki, although the researchers said results varied between groups and more research is needed. (PubMed Central (PMC)⁠)

🔬 Cancer & pain: A 2023 systematic review looked at 7 studies involving 572 cancer patients. Five studies reported reduced pain, while two found no significant effect. (PubMed⁠)

🔬 Cancer, anxiety & stress: A 2025 randomised controlled study of 58 cancer patients reported reductions in pain and anxiety and lower stress levels in the Reiki group. (PubMed⁠)

🔬 Mental wellbeing: A systematic review of 14 placebo-controlled studies found promising evidence for Reiki in some areas of stress, anxiety and depression, while also concluding that more high-quality research is needed. (PubMed⁠)

The research is still developing, and Reiki shouldn’t be considered a replacement for medical treatment. But it’s encouraging that researchers continue to investigate its potential as a complementary therapy for relaxation and wellbeing. 🌿💜
