I’ve got a few spaces available in my Wednesday evening Pilates class (7:40–8:30pm) if anyone has been thinking about giving Pilates a try 😊

These are small, physio-led classes focused on:
🤸 Building strength
🤸 Improving mobility
🤸 Helping you move better and feel better! Especially if you struggle with aches, stiffness, or ni**les

I also run a Saturday morning class at 9:15am.

📍 Bradway, Sheffield
💚 £60 for a 6-week block

If you’d like to try it first, I can offer a £10 taster session before committing to the block.

Saturday classes are also available as pay-as-you-go or block bookings.
