health and vice versa. Yoga is not only a great tool to build strength and flexibility in the body but also in the mind. Ypga can enable us to be present, reduce anxiety, stress and tension, and minimise depression. Yoga can enable us to be more compassionate to self and others, create balance in our bodies and in our lives, develop self-confidence, support stability and grounding, improve strength, stamina and resilience, be more open and so many more beautiful things! I work with individuals aged 11-25, an age where we experience so much change in our bodies, in our mind, in our living situations, and social situations. At this difficult time yoga can provide a safe space where we can be present, build resilience and most importantly take notice and reflect what is going on for us without judgement.
