We can't just expect our body to drag us through life along with the stresses and the crash, bang, wallops that life brings, without giving it some help. For example. After the age of 30+

1. Changing our diet to a clean one full of nutrients. ✅
2. Vitamin levels are supported.✅
3. Exercise daily. ✅
4. Getting enough rest. ✅
5. Drinking enough fluids/ water. ✅
6. Not skipping meals. ✅

This will help longevity for your life. , ✅

Not taking care of yourself and looking for excuses will only speed up your body to decline process and weaken rapidly over time. ,❌

If you haven't seen these food reels on Facebook, then we highly recommend you take a look. 🤣🤣🤣

Each food explains the dangers of the food if it's bad for us to consume regularly.

Each food explains the right way to prepare, cook and more information if available.

They also explain which foods are not to be eaten together as they can cause reactions and upset to the stomach, kidneys, liver , intestines etc.

Stop waiting until you are hungry to eat. Sometimes we don't feel hungry but our body still needs nutrients. Especially when it is time to eat.❌

There are numerous factors why we sometimes don't feel hungry when it is time to eat.

It's not that we feel full, we just don't feel hungry sometimes. This done everyday can lead to weight loss, muscle loss, fatigue, feeling weak, low sugar etc.

I have this problem where if I'm busy I don't get hungry until I sit down to rest after I have finished being busy.

10am is my second meal time of the day. I wasn't hungry but still I ate -

40g chicken breast
60g sweet potato
30g sprouts

30g pineapple
1 banana
10g of protein yogurt.

So do not be fooled thinking of I'm not hungry I don't need food ❌

Eat at your set eating times hungry or not ✅

Did you know (Dates) are a powerful cancer fighting food. ✅

Regular consumption enables the properties the dates hold to clean out your colon. ✅

After years of passing waste through your colon, small amounts of the waste gets left behind. Over time this builds up and bacteria etc starts to form. ❌

This opens the door to cancer of the colon. ❌

Regular consumption of dates.

For example once a week will be enough to keep your colon clean.. ✅

We need to add foods like these to incorporate with our diet. ✅

If you have a sweet tooth, dates are perfect healthy snacks. Even better when dip in peanut butter.. ✅
