Three hoists, one house and one family.

This project in Nottingham needed careful thinking to include different rooms, different transfers and different routines. Each track was planned around how the family actually live, not where it would have been easiest to put.

That's the part our teams spend the most time. Sitting with the family, walking the rooms together and learning the routines that matter. By the time the first bracket goes up, the plan has already been shaped by the people who'll live with it.

The adaptations that change daily life the most are often the ones our clients find it hardest to ask about.

We completed two of them in a single home, a ceiling track hoist to make transfers safer for the whole household and a wash dry toilet to give back independence and privacy in the part of the routine where it matters most. It's a combination we install often, and one of the most quietly transformative pairings in our work.
