After trying lots of different diets in the past, Donna wanted to find something that worked alongside real life. Through making manageable changes and getting support along the way, she lost an incredible 6st 2½lbs 🙌.

What I love most about her story isn't only the number on the scales. It's everything that came with it. Donna talks about feeling healthier, becoming fitter and enjoying a whole new lease of life. She now loves being active and spending quality time running around with her grandchildren ❤️.

Summer food just hits differently ☀️😍! Fresh salads, BBQ favourites and colourful plates and can make healthy eating feel exciting and enjoyable ❤️.

One thing I love is that healthy eating doesn't have to mean plain meals or giving up foods you love. Sometimes it's simply about finding new ideas and making favourite foods work for you 🙌.
