No GP referral required. You can self refer by calling One You Lincolnshire on 01522 705162 or via their website:

Criteria:

✅ Aged 18+
✅ BMI 30+ (or 27.5+ for people from ethnic minority backgrounds)
✅ Live in Lincolnshire * or are registered with a Lincolnshire GP
✅ Haven't been a Slimming World member within the last 3 months
*Excludes North Lincolnshire.

You may be eligible again if:

✔️ It's been at least 12 months since the start of your previous referral
✔️ You still meet the original criteria above

🎉 A Huge Congratulations to Richard! 🎉
What an incredible achievement from Richard, who has lost a fantastic 3½ stone over the past 16 months and has now reached his amazing target weight! 👏🏆

As if that wasn't enough, Richard has also been crowned our Man of the Year for this year, a truly well deserved recognition of his dedication, commitment and positive attitude throughout his journey. 🌟

It's always so inspiring to see gentlemen come into group, embrace the support and encouragement around them, and go on to achieve such fantastic results. Not only has Richard transformed his own health and wellbeing, but he's also become an inspiration to everyone else in the room, showing what's possible with consistency, determination and belief in yourself.

Richard, you should be incredibly proud of everything you've achieved. Thank you for being such a brilliant example and for motivating others along the way.

We may not have won last night, but I am so proud to have represented Team Sleaford and Lincolnshire on stage for the second year running.

To be recognised as one of the Top 5 teams out of 430 across the UK is an incredible achievement, and one that every member of our team should be immensely proud of.

Working alongside Pam, Sam, Michelle, Penny, Iveta, Tammie and Becci is an honour. Every single one of them works tirelessly to support people in their local communities to lose weight, build confidence, and achieve things they never thought possible.

We had a fantastic night celebrating together, and I'm so grateful to have shared the experience with such dedicated, passionate, and inspiring people.

Top 5 out of 430 is something worth celebrating – and we're not done yet!
