I attend Rock Choir • Choirs led by Hayley Condon in Solihull on a Monday evening, and its absolutely brilliant, such a friendly, welcoming group that always leaves me feeling good!

One of my goals for 2026 is to collaborate more. To create spaces where people can learn, grow and support one another.

Over the past couple of years, I have been developing wellness days independently and with other professionals and this has been a beautiful reminder of what happens when shared values meet clear intention. Thoughtful planning, meaningful learning, and the joy of creating something that genuinely supports others.

It’s made me reflect on how powerful it can be to step towards the things that matter to us, even when they sit slightly outside our comfort zone.

What goals are you working towards in 2026?
And what might feel easier with collaboration rather than doing it alone?

I’m busy planning my 2026 wellbeing days at the moment, some in collaboration, some on my own, and I’m really excited about what’s unfolding. If you’d like to know what’s in store, do get in touch. 💕

I spent a few days in Devon seeing in the New Year with friends and family.

We sat together on this beach for a little while and took a short video of the waves lapping up to the shore.

Not talking, not doing… just listening.

The sound of the sea, the air, the quiet. It was beautiful.

In that pause, something softened.

This time of year, we often get consumed with new beginnings and new goals, and sometimes we bite off more than we can realistically sustain.

This message isn’t about telling you not to set goals or resolutions. It’s about giving yourself space to stop, reflect, and prioritise.

Even a short pause can remind the nervous system that it’s safe to rest.

If your mind feels busy today, take a pause… just for a moment 🌊
