Saturday 21st June from 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM for an immersive evening of rhythm, connection, and healing through sound 🌿✨

This heart-led session is a chance to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive community space 🏡💛

🧠 Drumming can help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and create a powerful sense of connection and wellbeing through shared rhythm.

🌞 And if the sun is shining, we’ll be taking the session outside to connect with nature too 🌿

🎉 CONNECT 4 – YOUTH CLUB 🎉

Created in partnership with the Castle Point Youth Council and Essex Youth Service, Connect 4 provides a safe, structured and supervised environment where young people can build confidence, friendships and a real sense of belonging.

Each 6-week block includes:
✨ Youth-shaped activities and themed sessions
🎱 Pool, darts & games room
🤫 Quiet space available for those who need it
🍕 Light food provided (pizza, wedges & biscuits)

Sessions are supported by experienced adult youth workers, with young leaders helping to shape and guide activities — encouraging ownership, confidence and participation.

A space for men to come together, talk openly, and support one another without judgment.

Join us every Wednesday at 7 PM at the H.O.M.E Hub Community Centre — a safe and welcoming place to connect, reflect, and grow.

We’ve created a calm, welcoming space for adults who benefit from supportive environments — a place where people can come together without labels, judgement, or pressure.

At The H.O.M.E Hub, we believe wellbeing spaces should feel safe, inclusive, and open to everyone.

Our Inclusive Adult Wellbeing Programme supports adults with individual and S.E.N.D needs through gentle activities, connection, and choice — always at your own pace.

✨ Activities include:
Drumming • Boccia • Multi Games • Karaoke • Skittles
Musical Instruments • Dodgeball • Dancing • Basketball • Disco

Alongside all activities, we also offer:
💚 Quiet rooms for rest and regulation
💚 A calm, supportive environment
💚 Opportunities for connection and confidence-building
💚 Choice-led participation — join in as much or as little as feels right

✨ Coming soon: Sensory Room

🕒 Sessions run Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 3:00pm

💷 Session cost:
£15 for a morning or afternoon
£30 for a full day
(No charge for carers or PA’s)
