It’s about a 20% chance per cycle that you will fall pregnant, so if after 5 months of trying, you have not fallen pregnant, it’s important to consider testing.

It can be really difficulty accepting or even acknowledging you need help, but the worst thing I see is clients that have tried for years and years without getting investigated properly, or not knowing there was even the option for really comprehensive testing.

Personally, with the information I know, I will test and treat myself before looking to get pregnant, because I know the benefits of this work, for my future child, but equally I appreciate wanting to try naturally first and see.

Do everything in your power for at least 4 months before trying; stick to the suggestions I have mentioned above.

Absolutely huge when it comes to optimal male fertility.

So much of us as humans is made up of microbes - our body contains trillions of micro-organisms. They influence our health to such a large extent. There is obviously a lot more to it than just the microbiome, but it’s hugely important.

If you’ve had an ectopic pregnancy, it wasn’t your fault. You were just never given the answers as to why it happened, you weren’t given the full story and you have not been given the tools or understanding around how to heal.

You can absolutely reduce the risk of recurrence. You need thorough investigation, appropriate testing and treatment.

It is preventable and addressable.
